Bulls/Sox Academy Training Memberships

HGA is now spearheading the strength, conditioning, speed & agility programs at the Bulls/Sox Academy in Lisle, IL. Training will consist of workouts geared for foundational, intermediate, and elite level athletes. Classes will be held in strength, power, speed and aerobic capacity development. 16-Session Packages and 32-Session Packages can be purchased online at the link below. Once your account is set up, you can book your future appoinments and renew your packages.

CLASS TRAINING PACKAGES HGA offers Class Training Packages that assist in developing performance for all levels and capabilities. Custom Training Programs

ELITE TRAINING PACKAGE - Top of the line training experience. Includes custom fitness and nutritional support binder, assessments, 24-hour support, and mentoring. After the initial assessment session, a recommendation will be made to the client about which program they are most suited for.  There are three plan categories to choose from: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. There will be cases, over the duration of a program, where it will be recommended that a client be moved from one category to the next based on progress (example: moving from Intermediate to Advanced).

 There are also three training periods to choose from: 4-Weeks, 8-Weeks, and 12-Weeks. The 8-Week and 12-Week programs are recommended due to efficiency (having enough time to see results) and value (cheaper per-session cost on supervised training days).

4-Week Program (Fees below plus $30.00 for Set Up and Reference Material)

  • Beginner: Includes 12 supervised workouts - $60.00 per-session
  • Intermediate: Includes 12 supervised workouts - $60.00 per-session
  • Advanced: Includes 16 supervised workouts - $60.00 per-session

8-Week Program (Fees below plus $30.00 for Set Up and Reference Material)

  • Beginner: Includes 24 supervised workouts - $55.00 per-session
  • Intermediate: Includes 24 supervised workouts - $55.00 per-session
  • Advanced: Includes 32 supervised workouts - $55.00 per-session

12-Week Program(Fees below plus $30.00 for Set Up and Reference Material)

  • Beginner: Includes 36 supervised workouts - $50.00 per-session
  • Intermediate: Includes 36 supervised workouts - $50.00 per-session
  • Advanced: Includes 48 supervised workouts - $50.00 per-session

Custom or Pay-As-You-Go Plans (Fees below plus $30.00 for Set Up and Reference Material)

  • HGA will work with you and your desired schedule - $65.00 per-session

 

BASIC TRAINING - No frills...just a great workout!! Come in, get it done, and you're on your way!! Training sessions are subject to more than one client per hour.

  • Basic Training Sessions - $45.00 per-session

 

JUNIOR TRAINING - HGA specializes in foundation strength and conditioning programs for clients ranging from ages 10 to 14. This training introduces the client to body-weight conditioning and light resistance training. The goal for this training is to establish the lifestyle of fitness at an early age to address athletic needs and obesity prevention.  Training sessions run from 45 min. to an hour long and are geared for aspiring athletes and non-athletes.

  • Junior Training Sessions - $45.00 per-session 

 

YOUTH TRAINING - HGA provides training for those under the age of 10. This developmental training introduces body weight conditioning to children and lays a foundation of fitness activity for their future. Clients are taught the techniques of basic movements like push-ups and sit-ups, introduced to conditioning practices like circuit training and obstacle courses, and are informed about the basics of good nutrition.

  • Youth Training Sessions - $30.00 per-session

 

SPEED & AGILITY TRAINING - Athletes are always looking to get faster and more agile. HGA has training specifically geared towards developing the explosive, fast-twitch muscle fibers and improving the aerobic capacity of developing athletes. Training includes footwork drills, speed conditioning, aerobic and endurance strength training, and mental focus training.

  • Speed and Agility Training - $45.00 per-session

 

SPORTS MOBILITY TRAINING- An athlete's mobility has a direct impact on the ouput of power, speed, agility, and balance. Simply put, mobility leads to optimal performance and optimal recovery. This intensive training will lead to improved range of motion, breathing mechanics, injury prevention, and mental preparedness. Whether you are a beginning, elite, or recreational athlete, improving mobility is a key to maximizing your genetic potential to its fullest.

  • Single One-on-One Session - $65.00 per-session
  • 4-pack of One-on-One Sessions - $55.00 per-session
  • HGA Elite (Binder Clients) - $45.00 per-session
  • 2-Partner Session - $55.00 per person
  • 3-Partner Session - $45.00 per person

 

HGA FIGHTER-FIT TRAINING - Push yourself to your limits with this intense, boxing-based conditioning workout. Participants are put through an overall-body conditioning workout, followed by heavy bag and hit-mit boxing work. Foundational instruction is given regarding footwork, correct hitting form and technique, prep-work and more. An outstanding challenge for anyone regardless of fitness level. Step out of the box and into the ring with HGA Fighter-Fit.

  • Half-Hour Training - $35.00 per-session
  • One-Hour Training - $55.00 per-session
  • 4-Pack One-Hour Training - $50.00 per-session
  • 8-Pack One-Hour Training - $45.00 per-session
