High School Speed & Agility Training (Age 13-18)
Designed for all athletes of any sport with the proper techniques and mechanics of elite speed training! We focus specifically on multi- directional speed training for game changing results! This consists of learning proper body control through deceleration and acceleration, which will allow athletes to change directions more efficiently with lower risk of getting injured! This gives athletes the competitive advantage to having a more explosive first step and a higher top end speed on any surface!
Tuesday & Thursday 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.
