Specializing in athlete development and injury prevention through biomechanics, HGA Sports Performance is designed for athletes who are serious about improving their strengthspeed, explosiveness and conditioning -- under the direct supervision of our performance coaches. We believe that increased performance is a by-product of enhanced human movement. All athletes at HGA will improve their squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist & gait, while also learning how to train to set them up for further success in the future. These programs are for those athletes who are looking to push himself or herself by working out side of their comfort zone and maximizing their potential.

YOUTH Fast Start training

This foundational phase training program is designed to introduce young athletes to all areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment! We focus on increasing movement, awareness, balance, coordination, speed, agility and body weight strength, which are the key foundation to any athlete’s development, resulting in superior athleticism for all sports!

Training Options:

Monday & Wednesday 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday Morning 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.

High School Speed & Agility Training

Designed for all athletes of any sport with the proper techniques and mechanics of elite speed training! We focus specifically on multi- directional speed training for game changing results! This consists of learning proper body control through deceleration and acceleration, which will allow athletes to change directions more efficiently with lower risk of getting injured! This gives athletes the competitive advantage to having a more explosive first step and a higher top end speed on any surface!

Training Options:

Tuesday & Thursday 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Saturday Morning 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Designed for athletes returning to their sport after a major or minor injury. We understand this can be a lengthy and difficult process. Athletes commonly receive care from several providers during the rehab process. As their condition improves, athletes resume strength & conditioning programs and sport-specific activities. HOWEVER, although athletes may have recovered in medical terms, preparation for competition requires the restoration of strength, power, speed & endurance at levels that may be beyond what those attending to the athlete’s medical needs are prepared to provide.

Training Options:

There are 8-Week, 12 Week & 24-Week options based on an individuals needs, goals, and initial assessment.

Our top of the line training experience! This all-inclusive program includes monthly assessments, which will be used to create an individualized game-plan consisting of a corrective stretch program, along with strength, movement, speed & conditioning progressions, and supplemented with nutritional support and coaching. From there, clients will also be given off-day and regeneration protocols, specific to their goals and demands, into a binder where athletes can easily follow their regimen to track and maximize results!
